Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour or maida - 1/2 cup
semolina or suji or upma ravva - 1/2 cup
Green chillis - 2 - finely chopped
Ginger - small piece - finely chopped
Salt - as per taste
jeera or cumin seeds - 1 spoon
water - 1 liter for mixing
carrot - 1 - finely shredded
onion - 1 - medium sized - finely chopped
oil - 50 ml
Ghee - 50 ml
Procedure:
Take big bowl of 2 liter size, Add rice flour, maida, upma ravva, salt, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, jeera and mix well. now add water slowly to it and mix well without lumps to get a consistency like buttermilk and keep it aside for 5 min.
Now take a small bowl and mix chopped onion and shredded carrot.
Now heat a pan, when the pan is hot, sprinkle dosa batter with your hand on the pan as a thin layer.

Then immediately sprinkle the onion, carrot mixture on the top of it and press with spatula.

Then sprinkle 1spoon oil around the dosa and roast it one side only. Don't turn it anotherside. Now sprinkle little ghee on it and then fold to half.

Now take dosa into serving plate.

Prepare chutneys (Mango, coconut, coriander, ginger) and podis (kandi podi, karivepa podi)
Serve hot with all chutneys and podis.
